Product Reviews- catagory but no place to enter review

Hi- I have a customer who wants to write a review but I don't see anyplace for them to access a page to write one. All that is mentioned about reviews is No current reviews of this product- on every page. Is there a module I need to add or something I need to activate?

By default, the review button is on the product_info page beside the add to cart button
