gotit Posted January 29, 2007 Share Posted January 29, 2007 Hi, I renamed the admin folder for security reason as recommended by osc. however I am not able to use the admin after renaming, I get erros when click on any links. Anyway, after you changed the admin folder name, did you also update any reference to admin folder in the configure.php file(s)? Ken Since the folder name is changed from admin to other, any link i click on in admin panel will take me to mystite.com/admin/.......... and i get the 404 error "page not found. No I didn't update the reference to admin folder in configure.php,(i don't know how this is done).
