How to move "Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?"

And sentence above "What's New Here?" on the main page?

I already changed "Let's see what's new here?" with catagory and sub-catagory names, except this one on main page.

I already sucessfully moved "what's new here" on the main page.

But still need suggestion on remove "welcome guest! Would you like......"

And how to remove "what's new box" on the other pages?

I removed the one on main page based on information from this link:

But "New Products For January" is still there on other pages.
