rawrthis
Hi, I want to start up an e-commerce website that will have around 1,000 products and will get bigger every year. Now my question is can this be done? Of course it can be done but should I learn it and do it myself or hire someone to build and maintain it? I do know the basic html codes and I do know how to use dreamweaver. Yet, there are still so much more things to learn like php codes, mySQL, apache, database, shopping cart and webserver and I have no clue what so ever on these. I heard that osCommerce is easy to use. I know it's time consuming but I am willing to do it spending around 40-60 hours a week. Also, if someone kindly enough to help me through it as well. Hi Phil If you can commit 40-60 hours a week then you will rapidly become an exert! :) The members in these forums are highly knowledgeable and experts in their field and you will have no problem getting your store up and running If you have Dreamweaver and you know how to use it then you are off to a flying start...As long as it supports PHP :o Any questions comes back to me
