williamscycling
Hi, new to OS Commerce. The product I sell weighs 10 lbs. The dimensions are 30" high X 27" wide X 9" deep. UPS calculates this out to an oversize package and bills at 30lbs. What do I put in OS Commerce to get the correct size /weight shipping fee when my cust checks out Keith

You would need to add the 'dimensions support' code found in the package to your site but only using 'ready-to-ship' would not force you to add dimensions for all your products. Also you need to check your tare weight setting found in configuration >> shipping/packaging - If this was set to 30 then this would be the reason ;) Regards
