As you can see here https://dreamstars.com/catalog/create_account2.php the City box is missing from the Shipping Information so it will not allow people to progress any further in creating an account. Also the Check to use Billing Information checkbox does not enter the information from the Billing side I have spent hours searching for the answer within this forum.
