Im moving hosts in 3 days . they have gone bust. Its it easy or hard . I downloaded my site and copied to up to the new site . But i get this error. Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/freeover/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! I cant get my head round the database thingy.. Dont know what im supposed to do . :( What do i copy what do i change what do i edit. ???? :( . Any help would be great guys. P.s i am setting it up under a new domain name to test if its ok. If all ok i will copy it back to my old domain name on the new host. Hope this make sense. satish Posted January 27, 2007 Share Posted January 27, 2007 Hello, Its pretty easy. Download all code and download database. Just upload thw two to the new server. If server environment are same then there will be no issues else You might have to do some minor fixing. Also if its a server that uses some proxy settings like Godaddy do then You will need to change some code that uses CURL.
