database importing documentation

total newbie here and I was looking for very basic help regarding the installation of products info and images. I have 2 files, a microsoft access application and an excel worksheet. I need to find out the steps to what file these should be converted to and the steps to import them as databases. There are about 20,000 items so doing it individually is out of the question. Is there any documentation available in very laymens terms. Any and all help would be much appreciated.

I'm having problems with mine aswell dude :( got sold this website and the guy just tells me "just make the upload file look like yours." that's all he keeps sayin, heck i been trying for about 5-6days now.. think i got conned :(
