image added to only certian cart pages

I want to inject the following simple html code:

-----into only a few of my cart pages(eg page that talks about credit cards, and maybe another. However ever time I add this code to one of these pages, the page simply renders as a blank screen. If I remove the above code, it works again. My only other alternative I thought of was to place the code in the sts_template file, but that makes it appear on all pages, which is not want I want, so any idea on how to do it. Also thanks to the guy who answered my last post. It was right on the money!
