mgladstonez
Hi everyone, I registered here just this week. Sorry for my laziness, but I was wondering if anyone could show me any notable posts that I should have a read of first, so I can get involved here? Thanks very much! Jack_mcs
There are very few pinned posts. Ones that you should look at are buried and can only be found by you searching for them or if someone has a link to them. I suggest either searching for the topic you are interested in or just choosing a forum and skim through. There is a great amount of useful information here but getting to it is not always easy. lostndazed
If you are a real newbie looking at creating a new site, see post 10 of http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=247727 If you want to change the look of your osCommerce http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=139426 And then, like Jack said, lot's of general reading of pinned topics, and use of the search button. Jack I know this is coming a bit late for it to do any good to the original poster, but as a beginner myself I have found the Knowledge Base a great help and a much better place to get info for setting up a site than the Documentation. Just my opinion. Good luck, Sterling (a.k.a. DailyLunatic) Useful Threads: Basics for Design.
