If you meant their account number, I don't think there is such a contribution. Why would someone need to enter their account number on your site? Yes, I mean the customer UPS account number - they have their own UPS account and want to charge the shipping to their account. It would require the shipping module to access the customers account which, if nothing else, would be a security problem for your site. You would need a module that works like paypal. It would take the customer to the UPS site, allow them to charge the shipping, and then return to your site to finish the order. I'm not sure if UPS will allow that but it sounds like it would cause all sorts of problems to me.
