Problems osCommerce version 2.2-MS2

Hi:

 

I have been using osCommerce 2.2-MS2 (PHP Version 4.3.0) for the last 4 years and a experienting a few problems.

 

First is that IE 7.0 states that the site certificates have expired. Customers cannot proceed to shop.

 

Second is that at checkout, the confirmation page drops the shipping cost line altogether.

 

I have very little experience with the workings of the software and I don't know where to begin to debug.

 

This shopping cart service is being provided to me by our web hosting company hand they are not much help.

 

I would appreciate assistance with these issues.

The problem is now occuring with Firefox too! I am at a loss!
