Problems: Additional Shipping Options for Table Module

Hi-

 

I installed this module hoping to fulfill two methods of shipping, based on two different tables - based on order total.

 

For instance - the customer could select our "standard express" shipping (ie: ground) or "2-day express" (ie: UPS 2nd-day) and each would have their own sliding scale to calculate the shipping total based upon the cart total.

This seemed, from the description, to fit the bill... Not seeing enough options upon install.

It only contained two php files (table.php) and that was it.

 

Lots of issues, after further looking, in the bug reports.

 

Am I missing something?

 

Right now - this is the only thing holding up the launch of my store... Hoping someone out there has some ideas I can put to work on this.
