ace21gabriel Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 Ok, I was wondering how dose the credit card payment work? I know it says default CC or something but how do I actualy get the money? Is it thru paypal or something like that because I know I diddnt program a CC to take payments for me. Can someone please let me know. Thanks.

Guest Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 Just a helpful tip, after doing a lot of research I've come to the conclusion that it isn't worth the risk to have OSC handle your customer's credit card information. Sure you could set it up and it would work correctly, but if your OSC account ever gets hacked and the hacker gets ahold of your customer's credit cards, you would be held liable and could be fined up to $100,000 (I think) per incidence. I have set our store up to use PayPal to handle the credit card processing.
