Cant access admin database

I just installed. :)

 

I can access the shop part - but not the admin. :(

 

I am getting this warning:

 

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Access denied for user: 'teal_teal@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/teal/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 17

Unable to connect to database server!

 

I have checked the configure files in both admin and in admin/inculdes and the username/password db name is all there.

 

The database info must be correct cause the install set it all up and it looks fine on the Shop interface.
