PayPal Website Payments Standard

Sorry if these are stupid questions... I have installed, populated, stylized and installed a couple of contributions to my store. I'm using version 2.2-MS2. Right now all is well...

My customer has signed up for PayPal's Website Payments Standard. I know the store works fine with my own PayPal premium account (I tested it). Is there anything special I need to do to use WPS? It seems to me that WPS offers payments without a PayPal account, and the way my test charges went it brought up a log-in page. Will the email I've input into the payment section call up a different page? (head is really spinning here!)

I read in a post, and now can't remember if I looked at the date, that the UPS module that was part of my build is no longer being included. (could this be an older post?) I just have it there to calculate shipping charges, not to interact with UPS. Will the pre-installed version I have still work? If not, which contribution should I look at?

Lastly, my customer would like to have a handling charge that is a percentage of the UPS fee. Ideally it would be listed as Shipping & Handling with one number rather than showing the handling fee separately. Is there a contribution out there that could do this? (I did look, but couldn't find one.) I did see a post that included code for modifying the charges for CP (Canadian post?). I suppose I could copy the ups file and test some modifications, but I find it a little scary! (I know, I can always put the original back.)

Advise on these issues will be much appreciated!

The PayPal Account Optional must be enabled to allow skipping sign-up with PayPal. Set it up in PayPal's account Profile page.

Super Download Shop, PayPal Express Checkout IPN, Selling Downloads, Visual Validation (preventing robotic flood), phpBB2 Integration

Yes, I'm willing to help, but please ask in the right place. Think twice before trying to PM me, it might be ignored.
