The admin should be set up already if you've gone through the install process. www.your-url.com/catalog/admin Dont forget to download a contribution to secure your admin.

Your host probably offers a way to do that so you should check with them first. Then go into admin and start setting up the options like store name, store address, zip code and email address. In the modules section, you will need to enable the shipping and payment modules you plan on using and set those. If you get stuck on a particular step, just post a follow-up.
