adding a link to a page

i would like to add a link to a page with an FAQ on payments, preferebly under INFORMATION on the left side at the bottom. can someone tell me how to do this or direct me to a place on this board where i can find this information? thank you, in advance.

Hi, Thanks.

 

I followed the directions and everything is ok except the page doesnt come up when i click on it.

See the Payment Information link at the bottom left? It added the link but the page isn't coming up.

 

Any suggestions?

Check the (catalog)/payment.php file and the related (catalog)/includes/languages/english/payment.php you created if there are any spaces at the beginning or the end of the file (before the beginning <?php and ending ?>)

That isn't working either. I checked all the files. Any other suggestions on how I can fix this and/or get the payment FAQ up quickly??

Can you give us a peek here at both the source file for payments.php and language file for payments.php ?

When Will I get my order? Orders generally ship within 72 hours of

I guess you see now where the problem lies: both are the same files but the home/payments.php file should contain the source code and that is why it is not working.

You should make a copy of ie. de home/shipping.php and name that to payments.php.

Make the neccessary changes to that file (or copy the below into that file). This assumes you have added the following to your home/includes/filenames.php
