The tax for test and real orders, up untill this afternoon, were calculated correctly. Now, all of a sudden, they are totally wrong. For ex: Sub-Total: $22.00 United States Postal Service (1 x 2.53lbs) (Priority Mail): $5.00 NY TAX 7.875: $0.39 Total: $27.39 I've checked all settings but I have done nothing between the times when it was correct and it went wrong. I would love to be able to help, but I am having a similar problem. Tax rates are intermittently calculated correctly and other times not, and today I just noticed it left out the tax entirely on one order! If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.
