If you closed the bowser and delete the cache then this error will occurs evertime whenevr you open that link. The paypal certificate is valid. plaese check the configura file be ensur you have define all the HTTPS constants... Also on the thhos://XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com/page.php pahe.. there should not be any link of http ://... all links should be https.
