Including a box on the TEXT_MAIN section of the home page

Hi,

I am fairly new to OSCommerce. I have experience with HTML but I am not too savvy in PHP when I need to create my own code.

I have created my home page, and it looks perfect. I want to add a drop-down menu that allows visitors to search by 'Manufacturer' ('Artist' in my case). I edited the box appearance so it looks the way I want, now I don't know how to make it show up. I tried using . include(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'manufacturers.php') . but it gives me an error message.

Here is the code for /includes/languages/english/index.php (I made a notation in the spot where I would like the drop down menu to show up):
