crazydiamond Posted January 22, 2007 Share Posted January 22, 2007 Hi I've started having some trouble with my shopping cart--a cart that was working ok until recently. When my customers enter their credit card information all is fine but then the system asks them to "Confirm Order" and when they hit that button they go nowhere--it just takes them to a blank page. We're using Authjorize.net AIM module and the username and transaction key have been verified to be correct. Why is my system rejecting attempts to process credit cards? FYI--we recently contracted with a company to process payments for an event we're hosting. They required information from Authorize.net such as my transaction key in order to process payments. The transactions from this company are working just fine but it seems that my OSC problems started after they started processing through my AN account. AN tells me that you can process transactions from more than one web site and all that's required is one transaction key.
