oceangolds
>_< here is what I have been told to do----------Make sure that the permissions on all of the folders are set to 755, and if that does not work then set them to 777 I have no idea where to find this. i was told it was in the cataloge/includes / configure .php . I opened that with note pad and never say any numbers at all. I checked out for someway to change permissions when i log in to my host control panel and still nothing . I have fast stream ftp and i can not see anything about permissions. q1, do i change permissions to 777 before i upload anything by ftp? q2does it even have to be changed in the oscommerance download ofr on my host control panel Q3 or does this have to be changed on the faststreem ftp? I got my skull cracked over this. I unziped and uploaded it anyway and then I went to www.mysite.com/install . i never uploaded the cataloge folder it self only the contents in it. I uploaded it to wwwroot folder via ftp.. never worked so I deleted everything in that folder and tried several times with no sucess next question does there be anything els in the wwwroot folder because i deleted everything. I just purchased this host package and everything in new. just worried now if i deleted anything I should not have from the wwwroot folder. any help would be great, i have been at this two days and I don't know if i am stupid or someting is missing all the best sam
