Stop ofering table rate if package is larger than 2kg

I wil use tablerate for sending letters i Norway, the only problem is that letters can maximum be 2kg, and when i define the table rate string like this: 20:5.2,50:8,100:10.4,350:17.6,1000:44,2000:96 it charges the customer 0$ if the package is larger than 2 kg!
