Hi

I sell my products in OSC and at local markets. I would like to to enter the market sales into OSC and get a report of the products purchased at markets. I set up a user with the name of Market Sales, but can only get the total sales, not the actual products sold. Searched forums, contributions, (even googles) without success. Can anyone assist?

can you explain a bit how your structure for the local market is with osc? Do you base this info from the delivery address, customer groups how this is structured? If its with zones for instance you could parse the orders_products and orders tables and group them using the deliver_country, delivery_state or delivery_postcode. And then get the totals by zone and display the products shipped there.

Hi Mark

Missed your post.

Sorry, what I mean is to pack goods up and physically sell them on the spot at markets around Melbourne.

The situation is this:

Go to market to sell product. Record products sold as they are sold. Enter data into OSC on return to home/office into PC.

There are various markets that we go to, so it would be nice to get an individual report per market, as well as for preceding (say) year. This way, we could determine which markets and which times of year are best. It would also be nice to get an overall view of market sales over a period of time. This way, we could see that x sells best here at this time of year, y sell best there at that time of year. Market prices are different because of different overheads.

Also thinking of party plans, so it would be nice to do the same for them, as well as for "over the counter" sales.
