Can't log in to file manager or the administration panel

I was trying to speed up the page and following a few different posts. I also was on contributions last night. :-" I am not sure what I did. I can't get into the administration panel. I cant get in the file manager either. I am locked out. I am getting two different errors and I am not sure how to fix them. I was getting a SQl error but after trying to fix my blunders I started getting the tep_launguage error. I am not sure if I fixed the first error or just made a new one that stops the whole process sooner. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here are the errors.

 

This was the first error I could not even see my webpage at this stage:

This is what I am getting now when I try to login to the admin panel:

This is what I get when I try to use the file manger:
