Alphabetical Product layout

I found this website http://www.fragranceonline.co.uk/ in the live shop section and wanted to try and get the products organised alphabetically like it is on there. Does anyone know if there is a contribution that can do this? I've tried searching, but can't find it.

It look like hey have not used a contributon but just made the category setup like that.

 

Using the second level in the category setup for the alphabet and the third level for the different brand names.

 

like so:

 

First level: Women

 

Second level: A

 

Third level: All the perfum brands begining with the letter A

Moving the products around into A-Z categories is the easy bit, but how can I get the grid layout for male/female products, and also if you click on "men" at the top of the grid, it comes up with a new page with everything listed A-Z again. It seems like such a nice way to browse the products, rather than have a list a mile long with everything in it.
