You can add as many sub-categories as you wish. It sounds like your site has not been configured properly if your categories are disappearing when you create them. They all disappear in the moment that i upload a produc in the same category where all subcategory are. Hope i am understable, couse, unfortunatly, my english is not good. Thanks all for help.
