parmenio Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 I now have a bit of a problem. Our server went down a couple of days ago, and although everything was backed up and restored, customers can no longer place orders. We are currently using a shared-SSL and the address for this should still be the same - we only replaced the hardware. The catalog works just fine until one tries to access it through the Shared-SSL address. In that case, the following error messages show-up: ---------------------------------------------------------- Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/icgs/public_html/catalog/index.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/admin:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Unknown(/home/icgs/public_html/catalog/index.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/icgs/public_html/catalog/index.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/admin:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Unknown(/home/icgs/public_html/catalog/index.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0 Warning: (null)() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/icgs/public_html/catalog/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0 ----------------------------------------------------------- If anybody knows where I should begin to diagnose this, please let me know!
