problem with osc affiliate 2.6

i installed osc affilate v2.6 and it seemed to go through fine i singed up a test affilate then went to the admin section and selected affilate/banner and tried to set up a new banner.

 

i completed the form and when i click on submit to create the banner and upload the image i selected to use as the affiliate banner i get the following errors.

if i then click back it say's the banner has been inserted

 

if i click on the banner preview in the admin section it shows up in the pop up. but if you look at the affiliate setciton on the following link http://www.mazoo.co.uk/art/affiliate_banners_banners.php you get some code but its missing the image.

 

the code it dispays is

 

<a href="http://www.mazoo.co.uk/art/index.php?ref=1&affiliate_banner_id=10" target="_blank"> </a>

 

theres usually a large blank space just before the last <a> i presume this is where some refrence to where the image should be.

 

Has anyone ever experienced this problem or have any idea how to fix it??
