One product with multiple options

Hi,

We have several products that come with many colors and features. We have listed the product with its part number. How can we assign different part numbers to the options so we know what color has been ordered?

Go to admin and set up your different options in the Product Attributes. I am new to osCommerce with limited knowledge but I managed to set them up for our new site where we have sunglasses and people can select frame colour, then lens colours. I referred to page 19 of the osCommerce documentation guide. Hope this helps. Cheers.

This is fine except OSC does not track inventory at the attribute level so if you need to keep track of stock levels for your different options you're going to be in trouble.

 

If you have a lot of similar groups of attributes I would recommend installing Attribute Sets Plus.

 

For tracking inventory at the attribute level then QT Pro is the one and only choice.
