Cancelling an Order

I want to be able to cancel an order by reseting the totals back to zero while still keeping the actual order number inplace.

 

How can I go about this?

 

I do not want to delete the order just cancel it, an example would be when I run though a sample order I do not want that total to display on my total orders / reports etc.

 

I have set up an order status to cancel but I need it to do a little work.

I would install the Order Edit contribution, you can then change the prices to 0 and set the order status to cancel.
