Which "Options as Images" Contribution For MS2.2

Guest

I've been reading the several different product attribute contributions to show options as images over the last few days. I've tried to read every thread I could find in the forum regarding the different ones. But I'm still a bit lost as to which one to choose.

Could anybody offer suggestions on which one would be the best to go with for a MS2.2 install please?

We would like to use it to offer packages like a build your own type product package.

Each package would have one product with one price but in that product they need to select which bowl they would like which cup which saucer which plate etc.. I've already added the product options in the admin panel then added each option to each package. But currently I am using the drop down boxes to choose the options. My friend would like to show images for each option with a radio button perhaps to select the option.

Ease of installation is not a factor in the choice if one takes 5 minutes or 5 hours to install that isn't important. There are just so many revision and different contributions to pick from this is where I get lost.

Many Thanks -- Mindy

1st an apology to the board for me basically talking to myself in my posts for help lately. I've been away from osc for so long after the complete install and customization of my own store that I tend to 4get a lot of things. After enough time searching the boards which can take some time along with trial and error I have figured out the best contrib for my needs.

The short and sweet of it is I grabbed both options as images contributions I could find. Backed up and installed them both along with the fixes one at a time until it worked. When it didn't I took a break restored my backup files taken from the start and tried the next one.

For anyone else who may be wondering which file do I start with for this below is what I went with. Considering you do not want to use another options/attribute contrib along with this as I did not.

Here is the link to the contrib >>

Start with The full package dated 25 Aug 2003

Then I added the patch/fix from Nmouns777 on 19 June 2006

Fully tested and working great!!
