Is there any contribution that I can use to insert new fields in that page? Or do I need to manually update all the relevant pages / database? Thanks. Quote

Take a look at this one or do a little more searching within the contributions section (don't know if there are more like this). Otherwise you are stuck to manually change things indeed. HTH Quote
