Orders not in Admin

I have loaded a hosted payments module to accept credit cards and am testing. The test orders get processed by hosted payments site so the money gets processed but the orders are not showing in admin. I cannot get orders to show under admin or customer orders. A blank page appears.

 

If I click on 'pending' in the orders box in admin, displays a blank page and at top says

...admin/orders.php?selected_box=customers&status=1&osCAdminID=dd5050a2146ee13875ef81423416a39.

 

If I click on 'orders' under customers in admin, displays a blank page and at top says

..../admin/orders.php?

 

If I click on customers, then click orders, displays a blank page and at top says

... admin/orders.php

 

If I click on customers, select customer and click on orders button, displays blank page and says ...admin/orders.phpcID=6.

 

I am a newbie to php and osCommerce but have picked up as gone along. I can see that there is something wrong with the orders.php file, but I cannot work out what.

 

The store gets an email of most orders - but I think only if the customer clicks back to website after payment is processed. I see a number of people get the same thing with Paypal.

 

Can anyone please set me on the right track for this. I just want my orders to show up.
