Register Globals disabled

Hi. I'm Jenny and I'm new in OS ecommence. :'(

 

I have unzip 'oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817.zip' and use FTP cute 8 for Uploading.

 

Well running installation I recevied " Fatal Error : Register Globals disabled " message.

 

I try searching for the file php.ini in the catalog directory and found nothing.

 

But was able to locate a php.ini in my main diectory (outside the catalog directory) - Which has Register Globals disabled. Is this the php.ini file I should enable?

 

My website is running a phpbb forum too. Will it crushes the forum? The website is hosted under godaddy using Linux o.s.

 

And do I have to disable after installing osecommerce?

Yes this one is correct file.
