The choices are "Grant API Permission" and "Request API Credentials"? For "Grant API Permission" merchant must have an API Partner Username, then choose their Access Level from Direct_Payment, Express_Checkout, Admin_APP, or Auth_Settle For "Request API Credentials" merchant must choose from API Signature or API SSL Client Side Certificate.
