zohia
I have no idea what's happening but today when I woke to yet another day of customizing my shop, I couldn't "get" into it: http://www.os3porquinhos.com/bancada/ WHen I try opening it it shows one of those blank pages saying "page not found" or something like that. ANy ideas? Thanks, Joana
Jan Zonjee
WHen I try opening it it shows one of those blank pages saying "page not found" or something like that. Looks more like a server issue than an osC issue if you ask me: curl -v http://www.os3porquinhos.com/bancada/ * About to connect() to www.os3porquinhos.com port 80 * Trying 72.36.250.186... * connected * Connected to www.os3porquinhos.com (72.36.250.186) port 80 > GET /bancada/ HTTP/1.1 User-Agent: curl/7.13.1 (powerpc-apple-darwin8.0) libcurl/7.13.1 OpenSSL/0.9.7l zlib/1.2.3 Host: www.os3porquinhos.com Pragma: no-cache Accept: */* * Empty reply from server * Connection #0 to host www.os3porquinhos.com left intact curl: (52) Empty reply from server * Closing connection #0 The server is very slow also, better check with the support people. Jan Zonjee
And where are the support people? Sorry for the stupid question... I don't suppose you have that server next to you in the room have you? The server that this site is hosted on most likely has someone [or more than one person] that is responsible for the functioning of the thing. Those are the people who have to look at the server and see if it is functioning alright. ISP, hosting service, whoever gave you that web space. zohia
Sorry.... I guesse my brain isn't functioning properly yet... I first thought I should contact oscommerce nd that's why I got confused. I figured it out then (before your reply) that it must be the people from my webhosting.... Never mind :-"
