error with specials

I deleted all the specials I had and now I cannot create any. When I go to specials, I get tghe following:

 

 

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-9, 9' at line 1

you could upgrade your store to the later osc version or if its heavily moded try the workaround
