All of the payment processors have fraud portection in place but if there is a chargeback, it will be taken from your account. The credit card companies rule in favor of the purchaser in the majority of cases for a variety of reasons. All you can do is try to ensure the charge is valid. Sooner or later you will get hit though. It is just one of the "perks" of doing business online. Check the cc blacklist related modules under the contributions section so you could ban the ips that attempt to do such transactions. It can reduce the number of chargebacks and risk. There is also other methods like checking the shipping details before proceeding to the gateway risking a chargeback and invalidate the cc payment form upon submission such that a bot cannot be used.
