bootlegger Posted January 12, 2007 Share Posted January 12, 2007 Not sure how to set up shipping - my client currently has a store set up like this - on their site it says UPS Ground for which they have rates set depending upon the subtotal: $0 -$99.00 = $10 (plus additional charges per item in $5 increments) $99.01-$2000.00 = free They charge $30 to ship to Alaska and Hawaii UPS 3 day = $20.00 plus additional charges if they have more than one item. (increments of $5). I also have items that are free to ship (which I think there is a free shipping module for) There are so many options to choose from I don't want to completely screw up my site by downloading too many or the wrong ones so I'd appreciate any advice from people who have already been here. So far, my client does not do live UPS charges - I tried the UPSXML and have not got past the can't connect to UPS gateway error. So I think I need some type of table rate but I need some advice. I'll be looking through the contributions as well, but that could literally take days to go through and see what sounds like it would work.
