bluebirdcollection Posted January 12, 2007 Share Posted January 12, 2007 Please help! I've read through the forum, and have tried a couple things but to no avail. Here is my problem: A few of my orders come through fine via Paypal. I receive payment notification from paypal, and can view what the customer has ordered on my osCommerce site. No problem. However, MOST orders only come through via paypal. They aren't showing up at all in my os-Commerce store. So I have payment/shipping details but no shopping cart info. I have no way of knowing what these people have ordered. The auto-return feature is turned on in Paypal - so customers are automatically re-directed, but I've also tested the situation with customers returning to my site from paypal and NOT returning and both times the order came through in my osCommerce store. Can anyone give me an idea of what is going on/how to remedy this situation? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted January 13, 2007 Share Posted January 13, 2007 happens because the customer may simply close the browser when he completes the payment and he does not return to your store.
