Free oscommerce template in hosting style

Cant seem to get Free oscommerce template in hosting style to work regardless of following instructions.

i created a new site on a local host (as i do all my styling here befor uploading) but cant get this template/theme to work.

 

did as instructions say, extracted the file, created new site/catalog, and the copyed the files over from the dopwnload to the new site/catalog replacing all files. (yes to all)

 

all i get is the style sheet has changed with all the links etc down the left but non of the images or back ground show.

 

any help??

post your url , its easier to say what might have gone wrong if we can see how it looks.

Personally I wouldn' bother. Using the template link provided it breaks as soon as you move off the homepage.

Then try to click on basics for osc design in my signature below. (You might find some helpful info there aswell as info on making that style design from a default oscommerce install too)
