TeacherBoards Posted January 12, 2007 Share Posted January 12, 2007 Dear All, I'm totally new to osCommerce (and indeed, anything other than flat HTML sites) so please bear with me! Ok; Windows ASP server (i think) with FastHosts.co.uk - I've uploaded the files to my /htdocs/ directory. Whenever I go to ....co.uk/catalogue/install I get a 403 error message........ I don't even know where to start - I've tried in vain to find the exact same question with a simple answer on the forum but have gotten nowhere. Please please please would somebody...ANYBODY offer some assistance? Please be as patronising as possible - as I said, I'm new to this! I forgot to say - I've tried everything that even sounds relevant on the forum, but I suspect it might be a firewall problem as I have to access the net through our companies network/firewall....I'm trying to get our IT guys to help, but we're getting nowhere fast!
