If i check in the database it self i can see all the orders as pending and everything seem OK (to me) The only thing i've found is a paypal module problem, but i don't use paypal :( I only have Cash on delivery Moneyorder CoP Does any one have an idea what is causing this problems cause i dont have a clue where to start troubleshooting. I'm not using Paypal, only DPS. I receive email of my test orders but when I check admin section, the order page is blank. Any ideas anyone? Guest
I dont know if this is what your having problems with but I had the same problem after I moved servers. the problem was I had the database that handles all the website stuff pointing to my new db. the admin stuff was still pointing to the old db. What would happen was when someone made an order it would put all the info in the old database. All teh workings of the site itself would work fine since it was all pointed at the new Database. Check your Includes/configure.php and your admin/includes/configure.php and make sure they are both pointing to the same database information. BTW: if something was different you may end up with some messed up accounts. Mine had someone that had registered while it was pointing to the old DB and ordered as well. once I fixed my problem that order and user info was not there so they would have to re register and place the order again.
