10incher Posted January 10, 2007 Share Posted January 10, 2007 Just wondering if anyone had a similar problem and can direct me in what to do to fix it. What happens is that when an item is purchased, the order goes through except that sometimes the inventory of the item doesn't get updated. I went through my orders over the past few months and I noticed that there were items showing as "1 available" that had been purchased and should have been set to "0 available". They were still active on the store to purchase. It doesn't do this on all items, only some. Doesn't seem to be much of a pattern either. For almost a year now, I also had the problem where I haven't been getting emails from the system when someone makes a purchase. I have just learned to live with it as I get a Paypal email anyways, but was wondering if it could be related to the inventory problem. If anyone can help me fix this, I would greatly appreciate it. If that doesn't work, keep looking, then post. The forum is for seeking help and advice NOT for someone to do your work for you.
