I have my newly installed oscommerce at http://www.nitroairsoft.com/catalog/

and it only shows 2 products at a time. Any idea why?

Second, How can I add a review and forums section?

Your admin->configuration->max values->search results is most likely set on 2 instead of a larger number.

As for the rest you should take a look at the contribution section and see what options are available. For both there should be something useful.
