the_archangel Posted January 9, 2007 Share Posted January 9, 2007 Hello all. I went live with my osc store on Jan 1st. Fr-Shh I've had a couple of orders go through fine. They show up in the orders part of the admin section, and I get a notification from PayPal. BUT.... I've had one which the payment went into PayPal, but I received no notification from PayPal, and the order did not come up in my system. The item remained in the customers shopping cart as if they'd never checked out. I also had one which went through, I got a PayPal notification, but it's not in my system. Got a PayPal notification of payment, and got a new customer registered, but no orders under that customer (or anywhere else, for that matter). It's like the transaction disappeared once the user went to PayPal, and even though they got confirmation (apparently, there were no snippy comments from the customer regarding a lack of notification) I got nothing.
