I've installed the print order contrib for those customers who would rather pay with a check, and it works fine but I was wondering if there is a way to make the page background white instead of my site background color. I've also tried to remove the logo in the header but now I have the X box. I've commented out all the gifs I can find in the printorder.php, invoice.php and packingslip.php but I still can't seem to get rid of it. Help?
