Orders Not Appearing in Admin

I think that this is a common problem as I have seen it other places in the forum with no prevail. I am using authorize.net and paypal. Everything, OSC and merchant Accounts, are accepting payment and are in production mode. When an order is placed they do not show up in the admin under customers and orders. There is no order descriptions in the authorize.net order email. So, the problem, I do not know what is being ordered... Please help, I am sure that others would love to have this fixed also.

I'm having this issue with Canadian credit card orders. They are being charged but no order is being generated. I asked 2 days ago but nobody seemed to have the same problem.

I am trying to collect as much information as possible about this problems so I can get it fixed.. just out of curiosity where are most of your orders orginating from? And is this problem specific to all payments or just certain types?

Hi, I have had the same problem for Paypal. It has Something to do with the customer has to come back to your site after paypal payment to complete their order. I just found this contribution. I think it is what we all need!!! It looks like it creates an order in the database when the customer clicks to go to Paypal and then it confirms and completes the order after payment is complete. If they go to Paypal and decide not to complete the order, you will have the order still in your database to decide if maybe you would like to contact them to ask why they didn't buy! Anyway, I just looked it over briefly and that is what I got out of the description. I have just found this so I have not installed it myself.
